Returns & Damages

If for any reason your pet does not absolutely love their Dave's Pet Food, you may return unused cans from full case purchases within 30 days for a refund. Sale items and opened bags are excluded and cannot be returned or refunded. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returned cans and unopened bags must arrive intact, without damage and in resellable condition for the refund to be issued. You are responsible for return shipping costs if you are returning the food (unless cans are damaged in any way upon arrival.) We strive to minimize dented cans during the shipping process. However, there are occasions where you may receive a dented can or cans. Cans with minor dents and all seals intact do not compromise the food and do not require replacement. If you receive a dented can that is broken, food is exposed or the can is leaking, we are happy to replace those cans.

It is our goal to make sure you and your pet are completely satisfied every time you purchase food from DPF!
